Round up – International Incident Terrine Party

Work has been so crazy lately. Blogging does keep my sanity a little and really do not want it to be a stress. I want blogging to be fun. And it is just like work. Sometimes just running around and working and going and going all day, work loses its joy. It is my second month in and I feel like it has been ages! I love the pace but there are certain elements about it that I absolutely dislike. The people at work either make work joyous or miserable.

Enough of my whining. Back to the land of terrines. Thank everyone that participated. I had fun making the terrine. My sweet terrine because a savory one after visiting the Asian supermarket. After making this terrine, I am a little addicted! It is so much fun and so glad that I chose this theme.

Let me showcase terrines made by everyone.

Evelyn (Cheap Ethnic Eatz) Roasted Vegetable Terrine

Cherrie (Sweet Cherrie Pie) Meringue and Chocolate Mousse Terrine

For the month of July, it will be a world of Sichuan cuisine. Many of you may not be familiar with the cuisine and may think that Sichuan food is just about sichuan pepper and it must be spicy. Not true! There is more to it than meet the eye. So July is a month to explore Sichuan-ese. Are you up for it? If you are, please sign up on linky. All dishes must be posted on the 28th of July, 11am Melbourne time.
