I think everyone has definitely outdone themselves this month. We have breakfast, Indian, Korean, dessert, chilled tacos and of course, the good old traditional tacos. I am always amaze how diversified we are all. And also very thankful with the amount of effort that everyone took to think about the theme and produce exceptional dishes. I love the fried bread taco and the blue corn tortillas. And totally envious of those that made those perfect round home made tortillas! I have faith in Mexican cuisine again. Tacos is a meal that is eaten with fingers. It is about tucking in and having a finger licking moment after.
Allow me to take you on a delicious tacos journey around the globe. Be amazed!
Anh – Fried bread tacos with spicy Mexican meatballs

Jo - Prawns tacos and Shredded beef tacos

Tracey – Spicy Korean tacos, L.A taco truck style

Tammy – Korean tacos

Agnes – Tongue tacos

Cherrie – Breakfast tacos
Christine – Chilli beef and beans tacos

Shirley – Moong Wholemeal Tacos with Scrambled Cottage Cheese

Mardi – Breakfast tacos with blue corn tortillas

Rochelle – Lime Marinaded Pork Tacos with Guacamole

Evelyne – Navajo tacos

Brie – Native American frybread taco

Caryn – Chilled tacos (A beautiful dessert tacos)

Nancy – Taquitos, the taste of home

Emma – Dessert Taco: A Cocoon of Awesome

Heather – Zucchini, potato, chiplote tacos

And lastly, from me – Fish ceviche tacos
Thanks everyone for the great collection of colourful tacos from around the globe. It showcases how diversify we all are. For me, it is such a great learning experience. I have much to learn about the Mexican cuisine. They use interesting herbs and spices and many that I am not aware of.
August’s challenge will be very interesting as well. We will be celebrating SCONES! We will meet again on the 22nd August, 11am Melbourne time. Please click on linky and join us for a big and delicious party

What a fabulous roundup this time – they just keep on getting better and better!! I haven't had a chance to get around everyone's entries – we've had houseguests and I have been occupied with two little people aged 3 and 8 – but I am right on that today!

UHM WOW!!!! Would you look at that intense taco spread?? Man tacos are the best, something about wrapping up awesome fillings in a flour/corn tortilla then topping it with something fresh and bright — I love it. Congrats on a successful International Tacos Incident Party!!!
