What do you do when you have over ripe bananas?
Making this banana chocolate ice cream took me no more than 5 minutes.
Slice over ripe bananas into little coins and then freeze them.
Add the frozen bananas into the food processor and blend.
While blending, drizzle Hershey chocolate syrup into the mixture.
Don’t over blend or the frozen banana will become too slushy.
Drizzle more Hershey chocolate syrup and eat!
2 medium size bananas are good for 2 of course.
- For those that do not have chocolate syrup, you can go further by melting dark chocolate. Either drizzle it in during the blend or just use it as a topping
- For the healthy conscious, just blend the banana without the chocolate syrup
- I even though of caramel sauce topping… this list can go on and on
