Well-written. Thanks. I have been learning a lot about ethnic cooking lately. There are a lot of creative recipes using rice out there, the trick is finding one that really brings out the flavor of the rice you are using. Visit my blog if you'd like to read more. My bf’s mother is cantonese as well. Every time I have dinner at their house, it’s always one bowl of soup, before digging in. LOL funny how all the soup are supposed to “cool” you down. I like the look of the chilli oil, luckily it made the pork better, nothing worse than an underwhelming meal.

I like Pacific but I don’t think one in the city is as good as the other two! Also they were really rude to my sister one time and now she won’t let us go there anymore!
