I’m curious why they don’t have all those kuih/local street food available in their store! You should have check with Selba from Indonesia where to find nice local food around Bali. She’s an expert!

I hope the beer didn’t lead to bad consequences! Be careful in the sun, girly, and don’t get sun poisoning! I got sun poisoning many years ago and it just made me feel so sick and shivery. Have fun and can’t wait to see what you eat next!

I’ve never had Nasi Campur but it looks great Hope you can find some other things to eat while there, and be sure to enjoy your vacation and keep that sun block on!

Nasi campur…yeah. I always love that. I often do that at home. It’s a way to make everyone eat less and no fighting over food. It looks a lot on the plate…gives you a good feeling….psychological effect….LOL

Have you tried the local Storm beer (it was quite new a couple of years ago when I was there) and even a non-beer drinker like me enjoyed it. Ahhhhhhh nasi campur how I miss you! Though in the end I called the warung’s like the one you ate at “point and shoot” – you point to what you want to eat and if you are unlucky it’ll shoot right out of you later
