I like this. Remember when I was a kid, they used to sell stuffed fried tofu, slit open the tofu, add in towgay, sengkuang shreds, cucumber shreds and then top with yummy peanut sauce. Thinking about it is so salivating! Got your email, thanks.

This salad really has a lot going for it…fried tofu and peanut sauce; great combination!

Coincidentally, I have had braised tofu last night and fried tofu the day before last night. Yeah, I'm a big fan of tofu.

Your tofu salad is very refreshing in this hot weather. I might do some as well.

That looks great and refreshing for summer and even here which is bright and sunny. And there's four of us now. I have a sesame and miso dressing on my blog that I think would go well with this salad.
